  • Get access to our Mental Fitness App from Positive Intelligence Program©. The app provides you with daily guided practices to build your mental muscles in as little as 6 weeks. 

    Engage in a POD (support group) that meets every Monday for 7 weeks. During this time, you will be able to share what you are learning from the daily practices with your support group. The POD allows for a space to come together and maximize the mental muscles that you are building through the use of the Mental Fitness App.
